Anad Thomas APRN, CRNA, PMHNP-BC

Anad Thomas, CRNA, PMHNP-BC, is the founder and CEO of Inner Rhodes, a North Providence-based mental health practice dedicated to compassionate, individualized care. With nearly three decades of clinical experience, she integrates her expertise in critical care, anesthesia services, and psychedelic-informed therapy to support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and workplace burnout.

As a dual-certified nurse practitioner, Anad earned her Master’s in Nurse Anesthesiology from Northeastern University and a Post-Master’s Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. She also holds a Certification in Psychedelic Therapy and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she trained in MDMA-assisted therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).

Anad furthered her expertise with training in Mindful Self-Compassion for Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through Engineering Awareness and ketamine-assisted therapy through The Ketamine Training Center.

As the co-founder of Overgroundmed and MandalaK AP , Anad has co-created values-centered programs designed to support frontline healthcare workers in recovering from burnout and moral injury through cohort-based group KAP offerings.

Her mission is to help clients reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and take empowered steps toward living a values-aligned life full of wonder, curiosity, joy, and love.
